About the Role

As an Optical Sales Associate, you will be the face of the practiceguiding patients through their eyewear selections, delivering product expertise, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist all patients with professionalism and a welcoming approach
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate eyewear solutions
• Drive sales through product recommendations and upselling
• Attract and build new clientele while fostering long-term relationships
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across frames, lenses, and optical options
• Accurately fit glasses and ensure proper lens placement
• Utilize point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate transaction records
• Collaborate with opticians and team members to deliver optimal results
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and request referrals What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments
• Optical or medical office experience is an asset
• Comfortable using POS systems, computers, and technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to assess and respond to customer needs
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude

• Pay: $16.00 $19.00 per hour
• Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer contribution for health and dental)
• 401(k) plan eligibility after 1 year
