About the Role

As a Sales Representative , you'll meet with homeowners who have already requested painting estimates. You'll help homeowners by:

• Build trust
• Understand customer needs
• Recommend the right solution
• Present professional proposals
• Follow our proven sales process
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• No cold calling. No door knocking. Just real appointments backed by proven systems and ongoing support. What You'll Be Doing
• Meet homeowners for scheduled appointments
• Build trust and understand their needs
• Present accurate estimates and proposals
• Guide customers through the buying process
• Follow up professionally
• Maintain CRM notes
