Field-Based Role: This position covers the Atlanta, Georgia Food Sales East (FSE) is a growing foodservice sales agency representing leading manufacturers across the Southeast. We operate with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mindsetfocused on serving our partners, giving back, and driving meaningful growth. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with foodservice operators and distributor partners within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with distributors and distributor sales reps (DSRs)
• Grow business with foodservice operators across key segments (restaurants, healthcare, education, hospitality)
• Deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, and menu solutions
• Execute territory sales plans and achieve growth targets
• Represent FSE at sales meetings, ridealongs, and industry events
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and required reporting

Qualifications

• Foodservice industry experience required; B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong relationshipbuilding and consultative selling skills
• Selfmotivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 40 lbs Travel
• Regular local travel required
• Occasional overnight trips
