About us Century Max Insurance Agency is a local independent insurance agency selling home, auto, business, and life insurance. Our goal is to Provide our clients with the insurance product that best fits their needs. We pay a base salary plus commission and bonuses. Insurance agents usually earn at least 50k but can potentially earn upwards of 100k. We are hiring for both our Queens and Brooklyn locations. Our work environment includes:

• Growth opportunities Our company is looking for a confident Insurance Agent to help customers find the perfect insurance policy. You will work with individuals and businesses to determine their needs and create appropriate plans. You should have excellent writing and communication skills, along with a high degree of technology skills (such as creating policies using word processing or spreadsheet software). Prior sales experience is preferred. We are looking for ambitious new hires who are ready to learn and succeed.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide insurance plans and services to clients (e.g. routine health checkups).
• Explain the concepts of insurance and the details of the policy to clients.
• Conduct a risk assessment to determine if customers are eligible for coverage.
• Prevent insurance fraud by educating customers on terms and conditions.
• Inform customers of any changes to their plan, like when premiums are due, or in case there is a lapse in coverage.
• Answer questions about coverage and benefits.
• Process payments for insurance premiums.
• Resolve disputes with customers and make amends where possible .
• Keep records, update customer information and monitor the health of existing policies.
• Organize conferences and other events for educational purposes. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
