Job Description

: As a Lead Sales Associate, you will use your product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to increase customer understanding of our services, drive sales, and help ensure that each customer leaves with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and promotions to inform our customer base and drive sales.
• Relationship-Building: Develop relationships with our customers to increase our engagement while creating positive experiences for them in our store and with our products.
• Creative Thinking : Work with our customers to understand their needs and create personalized service packages that are tailored to ensure their satisfaction with our products/services.
• Drive Sales : Utilize sales and marketing strategies while collaborating with your team to meet sales goals and continue to build customer accounts.
• Problem Solving : Manage inquiries from customers, questions, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude! Ensure our customers leave with a positive experience and a full understanding of our services.
• Keep Informed: Be adaptable as you learn new products, promotions, or marketing strategies quickly, keeping our customers informed of any new products/promotions.

Qualifications

:

• Customer Service Experience (1+ years)
• Interest in Sales and Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a professional environment.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and strategically handle them with professionalism.
• Solutions-oriented with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to learn new products and promotions quickly.
• Punctual with Reliable Transportation. What we offer:
• Base pay of $14-$19/hour, paid weekly.
