• PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD CJ2 Roofing is a fast-growing roofing company expanding across Jacksonville and we're looking for driven individuals who want to build a high-income career in outside sales without being tied to a desk or rigid schedule. This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity designed for people who want flexibility, autonomy, and real earning potential. The Opportunity As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners and property owners to identify roofing needs, provide solutions, and close deals. You'll operate primarily in the field, building your pipeline through belly- to-belly outreach and networking , while having the support, training, and systems needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Generate opportunities through neighborhoods and local networking
• Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and community contacts
• Assess roofing needs (retail and insurance)
• Present solutions and close deals
• Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
• Leverage both residential and commercial roofing opportunities

Compensation

(Simple, Performance-Based)

• 5% commission on every deal (retail + insurance)
• $3,000 bonus + gas card when you hit 5 deals in a month Monthly Earnings Potential:
• 5 deals/month: $8,000$12,000+
• Above 5 deals: Scales significantly with commission Note: If 5 deals are not hit in a given month, the bonus and gas card are not applied the following month. Training & Support
• Training provided for entry-level through experienced reps
• Ongoing coaching led by leadership with 16+ years of sales experience
• Learn proven strategies for prospecting, closing, and networking
• No throw you to the wolves approachtraining continues until you're confident

Work Environment

• Fully field-based (remote) role
• Weekly sales meetings (optional for 1099 contractors but attendance encouraged)
• Independent work style with team support available
