As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties

for the Automotive Sales Consultant

• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling and follow-up on leads.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
• Present vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business. Experience
• Previous experience in sales is considered.
• Proven track record in achieving goals and demonstrating effective teamwork.
