Job Summary

Due to an increase in business, we are seeking energetic and motivated Auto Sales Specialists to join our dynamic sales team! Duties

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline
• Engage with customers across multiple social platforms in order to expand the dealership's presence and reach. This is a fundamental job responsibility.
• Negotiate terms of sale effectively while maintaining profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, internet or in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience
• Experience in dealership environments or automobile sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
