Job Title : Patient Care & Sales Coordinator Position Type : Part-Time transitioning into Full-Time (Base Salary + Uncapped Tiered Commission) Reports To : Practice Owner / Plastic SurgeonPosition OverviewWe are an elite boutique plastic surgery practice seeking a high-caliber Patient Care & Sales Coordinator. In this role, you are the face of our practice and the primary driver of growth. You will manage the entire patient journeyfrom the moment a digital inquiry lands, through an empathetic, high-ticket consultation, to the final booking and financial clearance. This role requires an elegant blend of deep empathy, impeccable organization, and a proven track record in high-ticket luxury sales or medical aesthetics. Core

Responsibilities

• Close Surgical Inquiries : Convert phone and digital leads into scheduled consultations, and convert consultations into booked surgeries.
• Lead the Consultation Experience : Partner with the surgeon during consultations to seamlessly manage the emotional transitions, deliver comprehensive pricing quotes, present financing options (e.g., CareCredit), and overcome pricing objections.
• Manage the Revenue Pipeline : Proactively follow up with unbooked consultations using our practice CRM, ensuring zero leads fall through the cracks.
• Coordinate Patient Logistics : Manage surgical scheduling, coordinate pre-op documentation with the Medical Assistant, and collect all payments securely.
• Uphold Brand Standards : Deliver a "white-glove," luxury-tier patient experience that inspires long-term loyalty and patient referrals.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales (e.g., Luxury Retail, Medical Aesthetics, MedSpas, Dental Treatment Coordinating, High-End Hospitality, or Luxury Fitness Membership).
• Proven history of hitting numeric sales quotas and managing a pipeline.
• Superior emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive, personal body-image discussions gracefully.
• Proficiency with modern practice management software Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
