Position Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Sales Support Associate to join our team! In this role, you will provide essential support through assisting with order processing, production coordination, and adminstrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast- paced office environment.

Responsibilities

:

• Order entry and processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with production planning and coordination between sales and operations
• Maintain and update records using Microsoft Excel
• Work with other departments using systems such as Quickbooks
• Communicate with internal/external teams regarding order status and scheduling needs
• General administrative and office support duties as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Quickbooks experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work full-time in-office(no remote work)
• A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Schedule:
• Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Compensation

:

• $20 per hour with a performance review at 90 days Pay: $20.00 per hour
