Sales Representative (Outbound Lead Closer) Company: Gotti Nails Location: Oceanside, CA (In-Office Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

We're looking for a motivated salesperson who loves talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals. If you enjoy making calls, following up with warm leads, and earning commission based on your performance, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Call warm leads generated through our marketing efforts.
• Reach out to nail salons, beauty supply stores, and distributors.
• Build relationships with potential wholesale customers.
• Follow up consistently until deals are closed.
• Present products and promotions with confidence.
• Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Keep detailed notes in our CRM.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Work closely with management to improve sales strategies. What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B, or wholesale preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making 75150 outbound calls per day.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.
• Beauty industry experience is helpful but not required.
