We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Pontoon, Boat & RV Sales Consultant to join our team in Fargo. Qualifications

:

• Previous commission-based sales experience strongly preferred
• Sales experience in marine, RV, automotive, or powersports preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn commission
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads
• Ability to work Saturdays and peak seasonal hours Saturday availability is required
• Boating and/or RV knowledge and passion is a major plus
• Social media usage is required and plays a key role

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and lot
• Build rapport to understand each customer's boating or RV lifestyle needs
• Present and demonstrate pontoons, boats, and RVs across multiple top brands
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, including financing options
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, features, pricing, and industry trends
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to build lasting relationships
• Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
• Participate in off-site events, RV shows, boat shows, and promotions as needed What We Offer:
