Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Pre-Owned Vehicle Director to lead the used vehicle operations for our Kia and Subaru dealerships. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving inventory strategy, maximizing profitability, increasing market share, and developing high- performing sales teams across both locations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading successful used vehicle departments at high-volume dealerships, understands modern inventory management, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment What We Offer

• Minimum 5 years of successful leadership experience managing high-volume used vehicle operations.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving strong used vehicle sales volume, gross profit, and inventory turn.
• Expertise in inventory management, appraisal, acquisition, pricing, and merchandising.
• Strong understanding of market-based pricing tools, digital retailing, and inventory management software.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and financial management abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
