• Meeting homeowners face-to-face in residential neighborhoods to introduce GreenTek's services
• Identifying properties that may have storm or wear-related damage through visual walkarounds
• Generating your own leads through consistent daily prospecting activity
• Setting appointments for roof inspections and representing GreenTek professionally during homeowner interactions
• Participating in daily team huddles, training sessions, and ride-alongs with senior reps
• Building relationships in the community that generate referrals over time How You Get Paid:
• $560/week training pay guaranteed for your first 8 weeks
• 810% commission on every approved contract
• $500 bonus for each self-generated Work Authorization agreement you close
• Weekly contests with cash bonuses, gift cards, and gas cards on the line
