Job description: Looking for an experienced furniture salesperson who is familiar with better quality home furnishing lines. Minimum 1 year experience is REQUIRED. This is a full-time position that will include working weekends.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to, floor sales, outside appointments, follow-up, scheduling deliveries, handling returns, facilitating damage repairs, assisting both end consumers and interior designers who shop with us, showroom merchandising, display/ vignette/ showroom maintenance which may include light cleaning where needed, answering phone calls, etc. This is a Boutique Interior Design Showroom with a strong design background that has been operating for 30+ years. We are affiliated with an established licensed interior design firm that has been in business for 30+ years. Our showroom is located in Wilton Manors, FL, approximately one mile west of Federal Hwy (just north of Fort Lauderdale) in the heart of the entertainment district. As a member of our team, your duties may also include social media interaction, library updating, or whatever it takes to help grow the business and build your own client book. Reaching out to new prospective clients in the design trade via phone, text, email is a requirement and absolutely essential to your success.. Your ability to persuade and sell the business over the phone to these prospective clients will be key to your success here.

Compensation

includes salary, sliding commission scale for productivity, quarterly bonus opportunity, disability insurance, optional dental plan, PTO (paid time off) package.
