Full description of the position

General Sales Manager Import Dealership We are looking for a strong, self-motivated General Sales Manager to lead our team at an import dealership. This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to go the extra mile every single day. The right candidate cannot be afraid to work the floor, talk to customers, answer phones, respond to internet leads, and be actively involved in the daily operation. If you are not hands-on, this is not the job for you.

Requirements

:

  • Previous automotive sales management experience
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
  • VAuto/Provision experience required
  • Ability to source inventory and acquire vehicles
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance
  • Ability to desk deals and work closely with the sales team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong work ethic and team mentality We are looking for someone who leads from the front, holds themselves accountable, and knows how to drive results while building customer relationships. Competitive pay, aggressive bonus structure, and opportunity for long-term growth available for the right candidate. Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
