• Greet and engage with customers with a friendly, welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile in assisting our customers while shopping in our store.
• Participate in product trainings and on-going product knowledge development to better serve our customers.
• Operate our POS system and cash register and assist customers with our loyalty program.
• Maintain department cleanliness and upkeep to a high standard, including: daily cleaning tasks, product organization, steaming, tagging, moving and stocking product, organizing shoe stock, etc.
• Carry a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and energetic work environment. JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• 1-2 years retail experience or other customer service related experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with people and build relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, computers and registers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create positive relationships with customers, coworkers and management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay motivated independently and take initiative on projects.
