We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Tampa office as a Insurance Plan Sales Specialist. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy building relationships, educating clients, and helping people find coverage solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to discuss Life and Health Insurance options
• Educate clients on available life and protection plans
• Conduct client consultations and account reviews
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist clients with plan selection and enrollment questions
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional client experience
