What You'll Do

Go out into the community, connect with homeowners, and help them protect their most valuable asset. You'll run inspections, present solutions, and close contracts all while being supported by a team that genuinely wants to see you win. What You'll Earn

• $560/week training pay for your first 8 weeks while you get up to speed
• 810% commission on every approved contract (self-generated leads pay more)
• $500 bonus for every self-generated Work Authorization you secure
