Responsibilities

of a B2B Representative: A B2B Sales Representative drives revenue by selling products or services to other businesses, building long-term client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients In Store, networking, referrals, and market research
• Sales Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver tailored presentations highlighting product or service benefits
• Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements to meet client needs and company profitability targets
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Collaboration: Work with Management and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and with customer service teams to resolve client issues
• Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and prepare reports for leadership
• Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and stay informed about market trends Required Skills and

Requirements

:

• High school degree or equivalent
• BS degree in marketing or related field is a plus
• Experience as a retail sales representative or similar role is a plus
• Familiarity with visual merchandising
• Ability to stock and restock shelves
• Strong communication skills

• Good organization skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
