Location HGI Ponte Vedra - 85 - Sales Marketing About the opportunity The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the strategic sales initiatives of the property to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and support overall business objectives. What you'll get to do

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote the property and its services
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all sales platforms and communications
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning
• Lead sales campaigns to promote rooms, dining outlets, events, weddings, and special promotions
• Oversee seasonal campaigns, digital promotions, and targeted sales initiatives Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred
• 68 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or travel industries
• Strong knowledge of digital sales, branding, and promotional strategies
• Experience leading sales teams and managing campaigns
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand or walk during promotional events or property tours
