Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Front Counter Parts Sales Associate, where you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable resource for customers seeking truck body parts and accessories. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their parts needs through active listening and effective communication
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing parts and accessories
• Write estimates for complete truck builds
• Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote marketing initiatives and special offers to enhance retail sales performance
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all inventory is properly stored using inventory management tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments, especially within vehicle parts or service departments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse customer
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, Microsoft Excel, retail math, and order fulfillment processes
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock control and inventory accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude
• Previous experience with dealership operations or automotive marketing is advantageous.
