Pest Control Sales & Inspection Specialist Join the Top-Rated Pest Control Team in Tampa Bay At Anti-Pesto Bug Killers, we don't just eliminate pests, we protect homes, businesses, and reputations. We're looking for a driven, field-ready professional who can generate business, inspect properties, and close deals, not someone looking for their first job or a slow-paced environment. This is a sales-first, quota-carrying role. You will be expected to prospect, think critically in the field, and consistently produce results. If you've never been responsible for hitting numbers or managing your own pipeline, this won't be the right fit.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Prospect daily: knocking doors, making calls, building relationships, and creating your own opportunities
• Perform detailed inspections for rodent activity, entry points, and termite presence (attics, crawlspaces)
• Identify species, assess severity, and determine the right solution
• Present findings and confidently recommend treatment plans
• Close new business and manage your pipeline from first contact to signed agreement
• Track activity, inspections, and revenue What This Role Demands
• Proven ability to sell and close
• Comfort working independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Willingness to prospect consistently. While leads are provided, this is not a wait for leads role
• Ability to think on your feet during inspections and communicate clearly with decision makers and home owners. This Is NOT For You If:

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales, field service, or a performance-based role
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Clean background and drug-free
• Comfortable working in field environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
