Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and ensure a smooth operation of the store.
• Assist in restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while ensuring satisfaction.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on collaboration sales.
• Proficient in basic math for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone.
• Previous experience in retail sales.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operation of cash registers.
