Overview

EndoSlim Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Sales Consultant / Lead Conversion Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in high-ticket sales and lead conversion, particularly in aesthetics, wellness, medical, or luxury service industries. The ideal candidate knows how to build trust, connect with patients, overcome objections, and confidently convert qualified leads into booked procedures. You will be speaking with patients interested in:

• Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG)
• Intragastric Balloons
• Medical Weight Loss Programs
• Other minimally invasive weight loss procedures

Duties

• Convert inbound leads into consultations and procedures
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective patients
• Build strong patient relationships and maintain consistent follow-up communication
• Educate patients on procedures, pricing, financing, and expectations
• Track leads and conversions through CRM systems
• Work closely with providers and management to optimize patient experience and sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience converting high-ticket leads ($5k$25k+)
• Strong sales background in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, bariatrics, wellness, or similar fields preferred
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Comfortable speaking with patients both in person and remotely
• Highly organized, driven, and results-oriented
• CRM experience preferred
• Fluent Spanish is mandatory
• Russian speaking is a strong plus
• Someone polished, personable, confident, empathetic, and hungry to succeed. We want a true closer who understands the emotional and financial decision-making involved in elective procedures. Pay: From $20.00 per hour
