Full description of the position

• Sales Contract administration to include contract review and balancing between contract and SMART (proprietary software) system, exhibits, selections, etc.
• Receive and process all Good Faith Deposits for Sales Contracts.
• Assist agents with processing Cancellations, Change Orders, etc.
• Manage office supply order process to ensure that Sales staff has tools, supplies and equipment to work effectively onsite and/or when working remotely.
• Manage designated marketing activities including, but not limited to, website maintenance, multi-list services (MLS), community presentation, model home presentation, special events, graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure that each community creates a consistent brand image for prospective home buyers.
• Assist Marketing Manager in creation of lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain community signage, including onsite, offsite, WEDs, and permanent directionals.
• Work with Marketing Manager to coordinate community or regional special events, promotion efforts and materials to drive traffic and build an effective brand.
• Work with community teams to produce:
• Local events for brokers, customers, and homeowners
• Promotion-specific flyers, emails, advertisements, etc.
• Sales office displays
• Social Media posts
• Assist Marketing Manager and Sales leader in defining Sales Centers and Model Homes, including ordering displays, working with model designer to include ordering displays and Model Home furniture. Review selections based on demographics and buyer profile.
• Coordinate the photography and videography of model homes, communities, amenities, and desired plans on an on-going basis.
• Assist with Sales Administrative tasks as needed.
• Be available on weekends and after hours as needed.
