We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a face-to-face sales role focused on engaging directly with customers, building strong relationships, and promoting our products and services in person. As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand through professional customer interactions while helping drive new customer acquisitions and overall sales performance. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are looking to develop strong communication, customer service, and sales skills in a hands-on setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions to educate them on products and services.
• Conduct sales presentations and answer customer questions in a professional and informative manner.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while delivering a strong customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions based on available products and services.
• Track customer interactions, enrollments, and sales activity using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently communicate features, promotions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to execute sales strategies and improve customer outreach efforts.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm during all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
• Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect confidently with customers.
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
