Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inside Sales Specialist to join our EDiamondTools team. We work with diamond tooling that cuts/grind/drill/polish in the construction industry. This role is essential in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales and account management, with the ability to analyze customer needs and market trends effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey with our products and fostering long-term relationships.

Duties

• Be able to learn construction terminology and concepts quickly
• Make warm/cold calls to expand sales network and explore new/previous leads.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and address any concerns.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially with construction contractors.
• Strong account management skills
• Ability to quickly learn technical knowledge and adapt
• Patience and honesty
• Familiarity with sales processes and techniques to identify upsell opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Experience in construction/diamond tooling is a plus.
