Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative Full-Time | In-Person Salary: $55,000$65,000 base + commission Location: In person

About the Role

This is an entry-level inside sales role ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy building relationships, communicating with customers, and working toward goals. You'll work closely with senior sales team members while learning how to qualify leads, build pipelines, and close deals. This role is designed to prepare you for rapid growth within our organization.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web
• Follow up with potential customers and qualify sales opportunities
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business
• Learn how to present products and prepare quotes
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to support active accounts
• Develop knowledge of our products and services through training What We're Looking For
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging new people
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage follow-ups
• Motivated by goals and performance-based rewards
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Sales experience is NOT required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, or internship experience is a plus.
