MCCLOUD Windows is one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the Tennessee market! We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who want to work directly with homeowners and be part of a rapidly growing team. We are looking for individuals with sales experience with replacement windows. This is a PRIMARY IN-HOME SALES POSITION You will meet with homeowners face-to-face, helping them choose the best replacement window solutions for their homes. We provide company-generated leads daily no cold start.

Compensation

• Typical first-year earnings: $80,000 $150,000+
• Performance-based pay with strong upside

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Make outbound calls to warm prospects
• Represent MCCLOUD Windows at networking events and trade shows
• Educate homeowners on products, services, and current promotions
• Help customers choose the best window solutions for their needs
