Compensation

: $ $80K$90K Base | $160K$180K+ OTE (Uncapped Commission) | Equity Role is open for US Citizen or GreenCard holders. Are you a competitive, high-energy salesperson looking for a fast-paced, high-reward opportunity? We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven closers who thrive in outbound sales and want to grow with a rapidly scaling fintech company.

What You'll Do

:

• Conduct high-volume cold outreach (calls, emails, in-person) to engage potential clients.
• Run discovery calls and product demos to close short-cycle deals (23 weeks).
• Build relationships with decision-makers (Doctors, CFOs, Office Managers) at medical practices.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools and drive consistent revenue growth. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of sales experience , preferably in outbound prospecting. Proven ability to cold call, manage full sales cycles, and close deals. Strong communication skills and a competitive, self-motivated mindset. Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume sales environments. Experience in fintech, SaaS, or healthcare sales is a plus but not required.
