What You'll Do

• Generate and manage roofing sales opportunities
• Build relationships with homeowners and customers
• Conduct roof inspections and property assessments
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance processes
• Manage projects from initial consultation through close
• Maintain strong communication throughout the customer experience
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure successful project completion
• Represent the company professionally within the communit What We're Looking For Required:
• Previous roofing sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in the field and climbing ladders/roofs
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred:
• Experience with insurance restoration roofing
• Door-to-door or in-home sales experience
