We are searching for someone who is confident in their work ethic, ability to learn and adapt to new challenges, and wants to get into a sales role where more results equals more earnings. As an entry level sales rep you will be responsible for introducing AT&T; promotions and educating customers on new technology, services, and product features. Job

Responsibilities

: -Engage with customers in a residential setting and identify how we can help -Educate customers on the latest technology, products, and promotions -Build rapport and provide solutions -Close sales and upsell where appropriate -Hit and exceed daily & weekly performance goals -Build relationships with customers, communities, and other leadership

Qualifications

: -Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus) -Excellent student mentality - Competitive drive -Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented - Experience selling wifi and mobility is highly encoureged but not required -Ability to confidently engage customers quickly and effectively -Must have personal and reliable transportation -Must be 18+ Bonus: -Sales, retail, door to door, or customer service experience -Background in athletics, leadership, or team environments
