Our charter bus department is growing, and we need a friendly, dependable person to be the first voice our customers hear. No sales experience required we will train you on everything from answering the phones to building charter quotes. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy talking with people, this is a real opportunity to learn a trade inside the transportation industry. Our charter bus department moves groups of all kinds schools, churches, sports teams, weddings, and corporate outings and our reputation is built on safe, on-time service. Every trip we book puts passengers in our care, so we take accuracy and safety seriously at every step, starting with the person who answers the phone.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers looking to charter a bus you are the first impression of our company.
• Prepare charter quotes and follow up on open quotes to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Collect complete, accurate trip details dates, group size, itinerary, pickup and drop-off locations the information you record goes straight to our dispatch team and drivers, so getting it right matters.
• Keep customer and booking records up to date in our booking system.
• Learn our fleet, pricing, and safety standards so you can answer customer questions with confidence.
• Follow up with customers after their trips to earn repeat and referral business. What We're Looking For Required:
• A friendly, professional phone manner and clear communication skills.
• Reliability you show up on time and keep your commitments.
• Attention to detail trip information has to be right the first time.
• Basic computer comfort (email, web browsers; we'll train you on our booking tools).
• High school diploma or equivalent. Nice to have (not required):
• Customer service experience of any kind retail, restaurant, call center, front desk.
• An interest in sales and in growing with the department.
• Familiarity with the local area and venues groups travel to. Pay, Schedule & Training
• $20.00 per hour base pay, plus 1% commission on the charter bookings you close commissions typically add $800 or more per month.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Paid, hands-on training: you'll learn phone handling, quoting, and booking directly from experienced staff.
