We are searching for someone who is confident in their work ethic, ability to learn and adapt to new challenges, and wants to get into a sales role where more results equals more earnings. As an entry level sales rep you will be responsible for introducing in store promotions and educating customers on new technology, services, and product features. Job

Responsibilities

: -Engage with customers in a retail setting and identify how we can help -Educate customers on the latest technology, products, and promotions -Build rapport and provide solutions -Close sales and upsell where appropriate -Hit and exceed daily & weekly performance goals -Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment -Build relationships with customers, store managers, and other leadership

Qualifications

: -Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus) -Excellent student mentality - Competitive drive -Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented - Experience selling wifi and mobility is highly encoureged but not required -Ability to confidently engage customers quickly and effectively -Must be 18+ with personal and reliable transportation Bonus: -Sales, retail, or customer service experience -Background in athletics, leadership, or team environments
