Overview

We are seeking a motivated AT&T; Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Bend, Oregon. This position focuses on customer engagement, product education, and sales inside a retail environment. In this role, you will represent AT &T; products and services, assisting customers with wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and account services. If you enjoy working directly with customers, meeting goals, and learning about the latest wireless technology, this opportunity may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Explain AT&T; wireless products, services, and promotions
• Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay current on product knowledge and promotions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a retail setting
