Kriya Hotels is seeking an energetic and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team as Area Sales Manager based at Home2 Suites Grand Prairie, also representing the Home2 Suites DFW Airport North, focusing on the SMERF market reporting to the Area Director of Sales. In this role you will be held accountable for the following: Strengthen and expand client relationships by actively engaging existing accounts and cultivating a targeted pipeline of new prospects.

Responsibilities

include:

• Local Sales Engagement Conduct direct sales outreach across SMERF segments (Social, Military, Education, Religion, State Association & Sports) through telemarketing, sales promotions and blitzes, property tours, site inspections, and client appreciation events.
• Prospecting & Client Interaction Prospect, entertain, and meet with clients both in person and virtually to build rapport and identify business opportunities.
• Community & Organizational Involvement Maintain active participation in local organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce and CVB to generate leads and enhance visibility.
• Sales Presentations Develop and deliver persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients, ownership, and internal associates.
• Internal Program Promotion Champion and promote internal programs to ensure alignment, engagement, and adoption across the team. . Job Type: Full-time
