We're currently hiring a Brand Sales Associate to support our growing fundraising and customer outreach campaigns. This is an entry-level, customer- facing sales and fundraising role focused on engaging with the public at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns. As a Brand Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in connecting people to important causes and brands, helping drive donations, sign-ups, and customer participation through meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners and brands at in-person events and outreach campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and community members to educate, inspire, and build support
• Drive donations, customer acquisitions, and campaign participation
• Clearly communicate campaign goals, impact, and value
• Build positive relationships with customers and donors
• Track daily results, campaign performance, and interactions
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics
• Work closely with team members to exceed campaign goals What We're Looking For
