We are expanding our U.S. sales organization and are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Executive to represent two complementary platforms: ComplyGovern is an intelligent healthcare compliance and governance platform designed for hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, post-acute providers and other regulated healthcare organizations. The platform supports policy management, accreditation readiness, audits, regulatory monitoring, risk, quality, corrective actions, evidence management, training and executive governance oversight. ALFO is an enterprise content, document and process management platform that helps organizations digitize records, automate workflows and manage forms, contracts, correspondence and business processes. ALFO can operate independently or integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI and other enterprise systems.
Position Summary
FileVision is seeking a results-oriented Enterprise Software Sales Executive who can develop new business opportunities and manage complex sales from initial prospecting through contract execution. This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales position. The successful candidate will identify target accounts, conduct executive-level discovery meetings, coordinate product demonstrations, prepare proposals, manage evaluations, negotiate commercial terms and close new business. The position will focus primarily on U.S. healthcare, government, public- sector and regulated commercial organizations. This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise software salesperson who is comfortable creating opportunities rather than depending solely on inbound leads. Primary ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline for ComplyGovern and ALFO.
- Identify and engage hospitals, health systems, healthcare providers, government agencies, housing authorities and regulated commercial organizations.
- Research target accounts, business challenges, current systems and key decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through telephone, email, LinkedIn, industry associations, conferences, referrals and partner channels.
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
- Develop account-specific sales strategies and stakeholder maps.
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout complex enterprise sales cycles. Consultative Enterprise Selling
- Understand each prospect's compliance, governance, document management and workflow challenges.
- Position ComplyGovern for healthcare compliance, accreditation, policy management, risk, quality, corrective actions and governance requirements.
- Position ALFO for enterprise document management, records management, workflow automation, electronic forms, contract management and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear operational, regulatory and financial benefits.
- Communicate effectively with compliance executives, quality leaders, chief information officers, legal teams, operations leaders and senior administrators.
- Coordinate product demonstrations with FileVision's product and technical teams.
- Develop proposals, pricing presentations, responses to requests for proposals and commercial documentation.
- Address competitive objections and differentiate FileVision from larger incumbent vendors.
- Manage security reviews, technical evaluations, procurement processes and contract negotiations.
- Advance qualified opportunities through contract execution and customer handoff. Channel and Partner Development
- Identify healthcare consultants, Microsoft partners, systems integrators, resellers and referral partners.
- Develop relationships with organizations that can introduce, recommend or resell FileVision solutions.
- Support marketplace, co-sell and partner-led sales opportunities.
- Build a repeatable channel pipeline alongside direct sales activity.
- Represent FileVision at selected conferences, trade shows and customer meetings. Sales Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, opportunities and forecasts in the company CRM.
- Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports.
- Provide reliable monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Track decision criteria, key stakeholders, competition, next steps and expected closing dates.
- Provide market feedback to FileVision's executive, product and marketing teams.
- Help improve sales presentations, demonstrations, case studies and competitive messaging.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of successful B2B enterprise software, SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle sales opportunities.
- Proven ability to personally prospect, qualify, present, propose, negotiate and close business.
- Experience selling complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive-level communication, presentation and discovery skills.
- Experience selling to senior business and technology decision-makers.
- Ability to understand business processes and explain technical solutions in clear, non-technical language.
- Strong organization, personal accountability and follow-through.
- Experience using CRM, LinkedIn and digital sales-prospecting tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings and industry events. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:
- Healthcare software or hospital technology.
- Healthcare compliance, accreditation, quality, risk or governance solutions.
- Governance, risk and compliance software.
- Enterprise content management or document management.
- Workflow and business-process automation.
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Teams or Power BI solutions.
- Policy management, audit management or corrective-action systems.
- Records management, contract management or electronic forms.
- Selling to hospitals, healthcare systems, government agencies or other regulated organizations.
- Developing consultant, reseller, systems-integrator or technology-partner relationships. Candidates do not need experience in every category. Strong enterprise software sales performance and the ability to learn complex solutions are more important. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a disciplined, consultative enterprise salesperson who can create and close opportunities. This person should be able to:
- Speak confidently with senior executives.
- Ask thoughtful discovery questions before presenting a solution.
- Learn two related software platforms and position the correct product for each prospect.
- Build trust during long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Navigate multiple departments, decision-makers and procurement requirements.
- Maintain momentum across several opportunities at the same time.
- Work independently while collaborating closely with executive, product and technical teams.
- Provide accurate forecasts and maintain strong CRM discipline.
- Demonstrate persistence without relying on high-pressure sales tactics.
- Help establish a repeatable sales process as FileVision expands its U.S. presence. Initial Performance Expectations During the first 90 days, the successful candidate will be expected to:
- Complete product, market and competitive training.
- Develop target-account lists for ComplyGovern and ALFO.
- Establish a structured outbound prospecting program.
- Begin conversations with qualified organizations and prospective partners.
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
- Build a documented pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of both products and their target markets. Ongoing performance will be evaluated using:
- Qualified meetings scheduled.
- Sales-qualified opportunities created.
- Pipeline value generated.
- Product demonstrations completed.
- Proposals submitted.
- Partner and referral relationships developed.
- Sales-cycle progression.
- New recurring revenue and contract value closed.

Compensation
The compensation package will include:
- Competitive base salary based on experience.
- Uncapped commission.
- Quarterly and annual sales incentives.
- Additional incentives for developing productive partner and referral relationships.
