Beaver Home Services-St. Augustine is looking for FULL TIME outside sales consultants for our residential roofing department. Skills Needed

• Must possess problem solving approach
• Sales experience a plus but not required. Will provide training!
• Must be able to climb ladder and walk onto a basic roof (training provided).
• Good communication skills to oversee all crews
• Basic computer and phone skills to utilize our software We are currently hiring for Roofing Customer Account Managers. This person is a go-getter and enjoys working with their customers one-on-one throughout the entire phase of production. We train new Project Managers from the ground up. To be successful you must be willing to learn our method of sales. What you'll be doing in this sales role:
• Prospect new customers and provide estimates on new roofing options in neighborhoods
• Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters in a given sales territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Provide an outstanding customer experience
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Check roof quality, inspect the damage, and monitor the construction progress
• Keep team and customer informed along the way
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

Requirements

:

• Previous work experience in sales, customer service, or business development
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Comfortable being on your feet during your work schedule
• Organized

• Can-do attitude
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities We offer:

• Commissions range between $125k to 400k+/year (details discussed during the hiring process)
• $1,000 Sign on bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
