Business Development Representative Atlanta, GA Full-Time Snelling is seeking a driven and professional Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Atlanta. Compensation

:

• $70,000$80,000 base salary
• Commission opportunities

What You'll Do

:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
• Meet with clients in person throughout the Atlanta market
• Conduct sales presentations and staffing consultations
• Work closely with internal recruiting and operations teams
• Track activity, pipeline, and client communication
• Help grow market presence and revenue within assigned territory What We're Looking For:
• Previous sales, staffing, or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with a mix of field work and office work
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional demeanor with strong follow-up skills
