What You'll Do

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with prospective clients
• Sell technology consulting services to new and existing customers
• Understand client needs and present tailored staffing and consulting solutions
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful client engagement
• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional client experience What We're Looking For
• Proven success in business development or sales with 1-2 years of experience
• Experience selling services is preferred
• Must currently reside in Southern California
• Ability to commute to our Huntington Beach, CA office
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
