Our reputation is built on expertise, authenticity, and personalized service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Art Consultant / Sales Associate / Art Advisor with a passion for fine art and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a Fine Art Sales professional, Luxury Sales Consultant, Art Advisor, Gallery Sales Associate, or high-end retail sales professional who enjoys building relationships with collectors and working in a sophisticated, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert guidance and personalized service to collectors purchasing fine art and luxury furnishings
• Build and maintain relationships with new and established clients through consultative sales techniques
• Serve as an Art Advisor , helping clients discover artwork that aligns with their interests, collections, and spaces
• Present the history, artists, craftsmanship, and value behind our collection of fine art
• Manage client follow-up, sales outreach, and relationship development
• Assist with gallery presentation, merchandising, exhibitions, and maintaining an exceptional showroom experience
• Create a welcoming, professional environment for collectors, designers, and art enthusiasts
• Collaborate with the Maya Gallery team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine art sales, art gallery sales, luxury retail sales, luxury goods, interior design, jewelry, or another high-end consultative sales environment
• Proven success in relationship-based sales and working with discerning clientele
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
• Genuine appreciation for fine art, Western art, Southwestern art, Native American art, and design
• Ability to learn and communicate the stories, history, and significance behind artwork
• Professional, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Comfortable working with collectors, designers, and high-net-worth clients
• Weekend availability required
