Your Mission Identify and sell restoration and mitigation opportunities for residential and commercial properties affected by water damage. All warm leads, no cold calling. Perform on-site property assessments to determine moisture intrusion, demolition requirements, and appropriate drying solutions. Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, adjusters, property managers, and other key referral partners. Prepare accurate scopes of work and leverage insurance guidelines and our proven pricing matrix to present competitive solutions and confidently close sales. What We're Looking For Proven restoration industry experience with strong knowledge of water, fire, mold mitigation, and reconstruction. A true hunter mentality, you create opportunities instead of waiting for them. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a customer-first approach. Professional presence, urgency, and the ability to build trust with homeowners, adjusters, and referral partners.
