• Handling scripted calls to current and prospective sales customers
• Confidently recommend/promote services
• Outbound customer satisfaction calls
• Respond to customer email & chats
• Follow up with customers who are overdue for service
• Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives
• Log customer information and purify database

Requirements

• Experience handling in/outbound calls
• Call center and inside sales experience is a plus
• Coachable and trainable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization & ability to multi-task
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well independently
• Strong PC and Internet Skills Additional Information Hours: Full-time position

Compensation
