We are seeking a to join our team as an AT &T; Sales Associate. This role focuses on customer outreach and sales by delivering professional interactions, representing the AT&T; brand, and supporting company objectives. This position is well-suited for someone beginning a career in sales who is interested in developing product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service experience. What does a typical day as an AT &T; Sales Associate look like?

• Identify potential customers and discuss wireless service options in a residential setting
• Follow up with customers and deliver sales presentations based on individual needs
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product offerings, pricing, and promotions
• Customize sales approaches to support customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with team members to share strategies and meet sales goals
• Provide customer support throughout the sales process, including answering questions and handling customer information in a professional manner
