Help Build Middle Tennessee's Most Trusted Water Filtration Company CLR WTR Solutions is a fast-growing water filtration company on a mission to help families protect their health, their home, and their families by filtering their water. We're looking for someone who is more than just a salesperson. We're looking for a relationship builder. A connector. A self-starter. This role is ideal for someone who already has relationships in Middle Tennessee or is naturally gifted at creating them.

About the Role

As a Community & Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to create new opportunities for CLR WTR through relationships, referrals, networking, and community involvement. This is not a position for someone who wants to wait around for company- provided leads. This is for someone who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting homeowners, building referral partnerships, and helping families understand the importance of cleaner, healthier water. Success in this role is built on trust, consistency, and relationships not high-pressure sales.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout Middle Tennessee
• Develop referral partnerships with builders, plumbers, real estate agents, wellness professionals, gyms, functional medicine practices, chiropractors, and local businesses
• Attend networking events, community events, and partnership meetings
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, relationships, and outreach
• Perform complimentary in-home water assessments
• Educate families on their home's water quality and available filtration solutions
• Represent CLR WTR with professionalism, honesty, and integrity
