Job Summary

We are looking for a, organized professional. Must be friendly, energetic, motivated to join our growing print shop team. This position is much more than answering phonesit involves building relationships with customers, following up on jobs, learning our products, preparing quotes, helping in production, finding creative ways to increase sales, and keeping our office running smoothly while working in a fast-paced environment. Every day is different, and we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well with people, and takes initiative. Must be a self starter that is willing to learn all aspects of the printing industry. Experience with a varity of computer programs and QuickBooks is a big plus.

Duties

• Greet clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and handle customer inquiries promptly
• Support sales efforts by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with clients to ensure accurate project details regarding jobs currently in production
• Work closely with production staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and confidential information with accuracy
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to income and expenses
• Follow up on outstanding quotes, reconnect with inactive customers, and help generate new sales opportunities.
• Contact customers with outstanding invoices
• Post links and photos of our projects and promotions on our social media accounts

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks.
• Social media marketing experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience is a plus
