Pay Range

: $25/hour base pay plus no cap commission. Typical annual earnings range from $70,000-$90,000, based on performance. Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Overview

This is a consultative sales role focused on selling headstones and monuments, guiding families through high-importance purchasing decisions with professionalism and accuracy. You will work alone in-person at a showroom in Fort Worth doing in-person consultations and phone/email sales with out-of- state clients.

What You'll Do

• Work exclusively with warm, inbound leads (no cold calling)
• Conduct consultations with customers selecting memorials
• Guide customers through monument options, materials, and pricing
• Manage inbound leads and follow up consistently until closed
• Close sales and collect deposits
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation

• Have experience in commission-based or consultative sales

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience (consultative preferred)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable using CRM and computer tools
• Quick typing speed
• Proficiency with Windows computers
• Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)
