This is an entry-level, customer-facing sales position designed for individuals looking to gain professional experience, develop communication skills, and build a long-term career. As an Entry Level Sales Associate , you will meet directly with potential customers, explain available service options, answer questions, and help customers enroll in services that best match their household needs. This role involves face-to-face sales, customer outreach, and working toward individual and team performance goals. No previous sales experience is required, as AGI Solutions provides hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support from experienced team leaders. Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face to discuss available telecommunications services
• Explain products, promotions, pricing, and service features in a clear and honest manner
• Answer customer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process
• Assist customers with service enrollment and account setup
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience after enrollment
• Learn and maintain knowledge of current products and promotions
• Track personal sales activity and work toward performance goals
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions
• Represent AGI Solutions professionally during all customer interactions
